Washing
Embroidery: Handwashing is great! For machine washing, please turn the garment inside out, use gentle cycle with cold water, and a mild detergent. Please do not use bleach.
Cups: Please handwash only. Dishwasher may damage the images or cups.
Will it last when washed?
Yes! Embroidery is considered permanent and should last years. Sublimation shirts will last for a few years as well.
Can I order in Bulk?
Yes! We offer a discount for bulk orders.
Cancellation Policy?
Custom made pieces are final. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly when sent in.
How is it custom?
Embroidery: We take your logo and digitize it or we create our own design and digitize it. Digitizing just means we draw it and our program tells the machine where the stitches go and what color to use. We take the product, add a backing, hoop it, then start the stitching. This ends with a result of a great product for you.
Sublimation, UVDTF, DTF: We design what you want with a program, print the design, and then heat press it to the item.
How do you calculate cost?
Embroidery: We base our cost off of stitch count.
